  • If you used nail glue. Wait 3+ weeks & use our Eikon nail remover pen to saturate the nail then gently pry them off. If not done slowly & carefully or done to soon after application can cause nail damage. You can also file the shine off the nail tips and soak the nails in 100% acetone for about 10-15 minutes.

My nails arrived and they don't fit?

There are 3 reasons this could happen.

  1. The nail was mismeasured.

- This does happen sometimes. This is why we ask people to make sure of their measurements before ordering.

2. We made a mistake in sizing your nail measurements.

- This can happen from time to time but is very uncommon. Usually what happened is your nail measurements ran between 2 different nail sizes, and we sized up to the bigger nail size to give you more room. You can file the excess off the nail to make a more custom fit without the nail being too small. If the nail is too small, please make sure you a putting the correct nail on the correct hand. fingers on either hand are not usually the same size & are not interchangeable. If you are still having issues, please reach out to us.

3. The nail is the correct size but does not fit the cuticle shape very well.

- This is a common issue. Usually what happened is your nail measurements ran between 2 different nail sizes, and we sized up to the bigger nail size to give you more room. You can file the excess off the nail around the cuticle & sidewalls to make a more custom fit without the nail being too small. This insures a perfect fit.
